<p class="tdm-descr td-fix-index">◆ 散热性好: 一般晶体传导散热通过 与散热器机械接触的缓冲铟箔总是有间隙, 散热不如铟焊. 铟焊晶体及散热片 接触紧密，散热良好. ◆ 晶体应力小: 一般采用机械方法压 散热器结构件, 其中的力度不容易掌握, 紧压时容易导致晶体变形和光束质量下降, 所以 压力松动, 但如果压力松了，冲击振动容易脱落. 而用铟焊接晶体就不存在这样的问题. ◆ 节省结构空间: 铟焊节省空间并减轻激光器的重量, 它消除了机械方法所需的空间和重量, 并且还减少了晶体的长度, 这对于小型激光器很重要.</p>

<p class="tdm-descr td-fix-index">CIR系列环形水冷阵列在水冷环形散热片的内周上环形分布有导条. 与一个 柔性杆节距低至 0.43 毫米, 当应用于泵模块设计时, CIR大大提高了功率密度和泵浦效率. CIR系列 激光器采用金和锡封装, 并可与多种波长组合，满足全温设计要求.</p>
